type of leader
I believe that I am more of a Laissez-faire leader, because I am not a leader who likes to be strict and I understand that the rules should not be fallowed by the book at every moment. I let the group make many decisions about what they want to do, and i listen to them but after theyre done i put in my input on the situation.For example i will say something to the group if i believe that the run they want to take is to hard for anyone in the group, thus i put in my feedback and then let the group talk amonst themselves to come to a conclusion that works for everyone in the group.
