SOS Northwest smashes record for # students served!
Breaking news for SOS Outreach in the Northwest! This past week we celebrated our largest week of capacity EVER, with over 220 students on the hill at 7 locations in Washington and Oregon. Students engaged in activities like snowboarding, skiing, and snowshoeing.
By the end of the 2009-2010 season, we'll have served over 500 students at 9 locations in the Northwest. This smashes our previous record of 400 participants, and we couldn't have done it without the support of our resort partners: Hoodoo Ski Area, Mt. Bachelor, Mt. Baker Ski Area, Mt. Hood Meadows, Mt. Hood SkiBowl, Mt. Spokane Ski and Snowboard Park, the Summit at Snoqualmie, Timberline Lodge, and White Pass Ski Area.
