How I have used Democratic leadership!
On the past Saturday, Ride day 3, my sherpa was riding with a student that needed some help perfecting his S turns. So i took the role as Junior Sherpa and went with the rest of my group. I used Democratic leadership by asking for their impute on what they wanted to work on then used their ideas to influence my decision.

Junior Sherpa
Being a junior sherpa has been great so far. I am new to it but I like it. Their is a lot to learn and I hope I'm learning. The most enjoyable part is helping out the kids in my group and teaching them what I have learned.
