Rock Climbing
Our Rock Climbing program was inspired through our wilderness trips and offers youth ongoing outdoor adventure education opportunities. Rock Climbing is a challenge that pushes individuals physically, emotionally and mentally. All wilderness trips offer a backcountry climbing opportunity that many consider to be a life-changing experience.
We have two program options: the Rock Climbing Club has open enrollment, with two trips each week. We also have group registrations for single-day trips in the Red Cliff area that foster leadership and teamwork skills.
Our Climbing Club offers Colorado youth aged 8-16 an opportunity to begin a life-long pursuit and personal growth. From June to August we climb outside; In all other months we operate at the Gypsum Rec Center climbing program.
The Summer climbing club is offered at $55 per class or $50 for 5 or more classes. We pick up in Minturn at 9:00am each Monday and in Eagle at 9:00am each Wednesday, with groups returning at 3:30.
